Vimeo connection doesn’t work

  • Hi,

    I already connected my Vimeo Account through API Access, but the videos don’t shop up. I just see the Message “You have no videos in your Vimeo account” although we have many Videos in our Vimeo Account. I even doesn’t work to import Videos via URL.

    Hello Johannes,

    Thank you for using our plugin.

    This might be due to the videos configuration on your Vimeo account.

    Can you check that your videos can be embedded? Do you have this issue with public videos?

    All the Videos can be embedded.
    I also tried to make them public but it still doesn’t work.

    Hello again,

    Do you have this issue with other users videos?

    When you try to add a single video by url, do you get an error on the JavaScript console?

    I tried to ad a video of another user by url. No error message, but it didn’t upload the Video.

    I could give you Admin Access. That might help.
