• Hello, thanks for creating this amazing plugin firstly. However, I have been receiving this error of Not connected even though I have inputted the API keys correctly.

Your Access Token is missing “Interact” scope. This will prevent using the Folders feature in the Video edit screen.

I get this error although my access token already has interact permission. Possibly could be because I just updated to new version?

    Hey guys,

In the access token creation process, did you selected “Interact” scope in the scopes section?

If you skipped this part please create another access token and select the correct scopes as explained here.

    Best regards,
    Darko

Hi Darko, thanks for replying, I followed the documentation and selected the requested scopes. The result was the same.

Hi Darko, I did select?“Interact” scope along with other guided scopes; still showing

    Disconnect: StatusNot Connected

I couldn’t locate where to set the License Key for PRO.

I am able to upload videos using this plugin. Yet the PRO features are not ON yet.

    Appreciate.

    Hey guys,

Can you please try with the previous version? Just download it from here and upload via Dashboard > Plugins > Add New and let me know.

    Best Regards,
    Darko

I am unsure when it was last connected – cannot see this on the dashboard. I have downgraded and now it says:

    Detected Problems
Fix the following problems to ensure proper function:

Your Access Token is missing “Upload” scope. This will prevent uploading new Videos to Vimeo.

Your Access Token is missing “Edit” scope. This will prevent editing Videos from the edit screen.

Your Access Token is missing “Delete” scope. This will prevent deleting Videos from the admin dashboard.

All these are selected on Vimeo scope.

I was actually on 1.8.3 when i noticed it wasnt connected anymore. Then i updated to 1.9.2 and same issue. I even deactivated and deleted the plugin and reinstalled it but still shows up as not connected despite following every instruction twice.

Thanks for the timely reply Drako its very appreciated~

    Hi Darko,

I followed your instructions exactly with wp-vimeo-videos.1.8.3.zip. Still Not Connected. It now asks to fix Upload, Edit, Delete; all of these were added during token generation and used the same token in the settings. Please advise.

    Appreciated.

    Hey @pelstudio , @uteachon @millermedia @arlenh1017 ,

This is really weird, I was unable to re-produce the issue so far but the number of users that reporting the same issue is not negligible.

Can you please contact us at [email protected] for tech support? Hopefully we will be able to resolve this issue.

    Hey,

Just an follow up. I released a new version, this hopefully will fix the issue.

If you see “Unauthenticated” error, please re-generate the token and make sure you select “Authenticated” option when generating the token.

    Best Regards,
    Darko
