Viewport theme problems/Please help.

Hello everybody,
My link is https://www.kiano.ro – I am using wordpress 2.8.4 with Viewport theme ( https://paulicio.us/2008/11/05/viewport-a-free-wordpress-theme/ ). I have several problems in more than 1 browser:
Firefox – everything is ok.
Opera – everything is ok.
IE7 – as you can see, my blog has in the header a menu with my pages (home, about, contact, subscribe). I
ve added some text in my header in the upper right corner. When this text isnt there, in ie7 everything is ok, but when this text is put on the header, the menu with my pages goes down under the photo (panel) and you cannot see it. If you go into a post, the menu is back. Only in home page i have this problem.P.S.: I really need that text there and erase it is not a solution.
Google Chrome – Sometimes the page CONTACT from my menu disapears and only the letter c stays there. Not in all the pages and not everytime.
Can someone please help me? I am trying to solve this problems for a few days now.
