If there are no current events added, only past events, then when viewing the events list in wp-admin the page loads correctly. If a filter is selected to then include past events (eg Show All Events, or Past, or 2017) then the page breaks – the WordPress HTML header is missing so screen is white with plain text list of events.

This only happens when there are no current events. As soon as I then add a new event with a date greater than today then the past events view works fine.

This was first noticed on a live website but i have also tested on a vanilla install of WordPress 4.9.1 with Events List 0.7.12 with no other plugins installed and the default theme.

If I revert the events list plugin to an older version (i tested with 0.7.9) the error stops.

  • The developer is actually REwriting the plugin to version .8, to i guess we will have to wait a little bit.

Please test again with the actual version 0.8.1. If the issue is still present please report it again.
