    Hi Josh,

there are two parts to my question…

    1. in the entries list for any particular form, can I select which fields show? I have a form with about 20 fields yet only the date and 3 other fields show in the entries table. I get that space limits what can be seen in any meaningful way, however, it seems to be a random choice of 3 fields and I’d like to set priorities for the fields. All fields show once I view a specific entry.

    2. I’m a little confused about the front end viewer – I thought it was an add-on but is it just adding the shortcode [caldera_forms_entry_viewer id=”xxx” type=”classic” with_toolbar=”true”]?
Again, this only shows the same 3 fields as above – how can I edit what shows? I really wanted the data to show in a table for others to view (in fact this was one reason I was excited to find this plugin as I thought it could do that).

In each field’s setting their is an option “Show in Entry List” that sets if it it shown in the table view of the entry viewer. Also, you can customize which fields are available in the front-end entry viewer (not the classic/admin view) using the caldera_forms_api_show_field filter. Thanks Josh – I have selected the fields to show now and that works well.

Can you please confirm that the front end viewer is just an amended shortcode entry, or am I missing an easy way to present the table entries?
