Viewer role creation

Hello,

I’d like to know before installing the plugin if I can create a user role, where the person can access the whole site (actually it’s a closed community) with no rights except looking what’s happening…

ie: see comment but cannot comment (click on the button)
ie: see pages but cannot comment
etc …
