Viewer expiring

I noticed that the number of temporary “online userà” (not registered) does not always true. I found that often these are browser windows left open on devices of users but are not really on the online chat. I can do so that after a certain period of time the number of online users to automatically reset? or can I set a expiring time for this type of users? Thank you.
