View/Download PDF files

I would like to find a plug-in that will allow visitors to our club website the option of either viewing or downloading PDF files. Our members prepare lengthy presentations or exhibits which are not practical to post directly to our site.

Also we would like to have an online membership application that visitors can complete and submit.
