View xx albums and yy photos link on album cover not working

I recently noticed that Setting “II.E.4 View …”Display the View xx albums and yy photos link on album covers” is no longer working.

Instead of stating “View XX albums” for an Parent album with sub albums, or the links “Slideshow” and “View # Photos” for the cover of the sub albums, it simply shows the name of sub albums in a list with a bullet point in front of each sub album listed .

These these lists change over to a Hand cursor as if they were links, when hovered over, but do not go anywhere when clicked on.

Example: This is what the bottom Parent album looks like:

2014 Texas Western Train Show (name of Parent album)(This works)
Photos by Don Hays. (album description)

*Scenes at the Train Show (name of sub album listed only)(no live link)
*Layout Tours (same as above)
*Train Show Member Photos(same as above)
*2014 Gold Spike Awards (same as above)

When accessing the sub albums (through the Parent Album title), only the Slideshow link is listed. The “View # Photos” link is omitted. I am unable to access my thumbnail links to the photos at all.

Please Note: I have an additional website at ntxnrhs.org that works correctly. I have compared the settings on each site and they are identical.

Also, I deactivated all installed plugins and this still did not fix the problem, nor did changing themes.

I would appreciate any help you can give me on this.
