View with PicLens

I’ve updated the Blog address (URL), changed the index.php and htaccess file, updated the permilinks

My website works fine except for PicLens. The pictures show as thumbnails on the screen and i can clikc each one individually and it loads up fine. However, when I click View with PicLens, I get the fast foward rewind pause and the horizontal bar but there are no pictures

Any ideas what I’ve missed?
