    Hello!

    1. We just got an email from a customer that he is not able to see the page after successful payment. It’s the first time when we have problems with the plugin. However, we do not know how to check if that user has the ability to view that post. Is there information about users who can access the page anywhere?

    2. Furthermore, is there any way to add access to the users that didn’t buy a specific product?

    Hey there,
1.) There is not a feature in the backend to show which users have purchased what. You can look in WooCommerce Orders and search for your product that is associated with the post and you could see who has purchased. I could see some value in having a section which would show which users have access to what. Could you add that as a Feature Request here – https://pramadillo.com/feature-requests/

2.) You would simply manually create an order for the product and associate it with that user – https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/managing-orders/#section-16

I know this is an older support request, but wanted to pop in and let you know that there is a solution for that.

This plugin is essential on any membership style site that has controlled user access. It allows an admin to switch to that user account, without needing the password, to view the site the way the user does. I turn to it again and again when it comes to troubleshooting user issues.
