Please ensure that the Shop Manager role has a lower capability level than the user role you’re trying to edit.

Thanks for your reply. I’ve tried changing the user role level however nothing happens. I tried clearing cache as well.

I finally understood what you meant. Thanks. it worked. ?? Customer will be role 1 and shop manager is role 0.
