I have just moved a site from a WP multisite install to its own single install using Duplicator Pro (wonderful tool!). Subscriptions NEVER worked properly for us for the year of our subscription to the plugin despite many support tickets.

Most things are working correctly now on a single install after a bit of tinkering.

Unfortunately, Woo Subscriptions is giving a 404 page when a logged-in subscriber goes to /my-account/view-subscription/[number]. Any suggestions on how can I fix this? I need to hand the site over to my client and I’d like this working before I do!

    Hi there,

As this is in regards to a premium WooCommerce Extension, please contact us at WooCommerce.com > My Account > Tickets. You may need to create an account before you can access that page.

Please include a link to this forum thread, so that we can keep track of what’s already been done.

We will be able to help you further there so we will be closing this support request on the forum.

Hi Kenin, the site is past its subscription date and I don’t want to pay for a full year’s subscription and then hand it over to client. Can I still post a ticket?

Never mind, I seem to have fixed it by simply going to Settings and hitting save.
