View Source<p><img src=”file:///Users… how can I change it?

I went to view source page on my blog and there are places where img src is trying to pull up files from my desktop. one example:
src=”file:///Users/sandrashelton/Library/Caches/TemporaryItems/moz-screenshot-4.png”

I cannot find the text to remove those bogus img src references. The blog seems to be functioning and looking as it should but I am concerned about these errors staying there and more than that, creating them again.
