View shortcode in the theme plugin

  • Hi,
    I have installed the free version of the plugin on my site, i need to collect the ratings of each service based on the user and view the average vote on the profile.
    The profile page is handled by a plugin that does not show shortcode.
    Can I fix it with the purchase of the pro version?
