View Results link for Polls taking me to top of the page

I hope you’re well today!

I understand that the poll is set to show results after clicking on “view results” link only, right?

If results are somewhere down the page you can use this additional code to make it scroll to it:

To use it on site simply:
– create an empty file with a .php extension (e.g. “forminator-poll-scroll-to-results.php”)
– copy and paste code into it
– save the file and upload it to the “/wp-content/mu-plugins” folder of your site’s WordPress install

You may need to clear cache on site/server but other than this, it should work out of the box.

Hello! ?? Thanks so much for your reply! I followed your steps and uploaded the file and cleared the cache. Unfortunately it is not working. I’m using Divi Builder with the Extra Theme. I’m not sure if that makes much difference. Forminator 1.15.4 Thanks very much. ??

If you have added the code correctly and the poll is set to show results only by clicking on a link then the builder/theme shouldn’t affect this.

However, all those do optimize and cache CSS and some other resources so that may be related. Can you try clearing all caches, please?

Also, after that – if it’s still not working – can you share a link to the poll in question?
