View quizz button missing and video disappearing

    I have recently found that the view quizz button is not appearing on the page, when I go into the default editor the quizz questions show. When i save the page, the view quizz button appears and the video disappears.

    the page is on a membership page, so its not open to view on the website, so you need access to see how the page is operating.

    Would you be able to share a video of the steps you’re taking to get this issue? So we can try to replicate this.

    Also, another thing you could try is ruling out any possible plugin or theme conflicts.

    Try disabling all of your plugins except Sensei LMS. Then try testing again to see if the issue persists. If that resolves your issue, you can find what was causing it by enabling each plugin one by one while continuing to test.

    If that doesn’t help, you can also try switching to the Twenty Twenty theme via Appearance > Themes, and test again. If the issue is resolved then you know it’s a problem with the theme, and you’ll need to contact the theme author for further assistance.

    Start from 13:30 this is where I go into how the quizz behaviour is currently operating, with Auto grade not working or working and then not working. The view quizz button not appearing and then appearing after using the default editor, the view quizz appears but the video does not

    Our developers are aware of this issue, and they are working on a fix for the same.
