View Post makes error 403

  • I have a local host for designing blog themes and i updated some days ago to the latest WP version.

    When i click on the “read more” button to see the whole posting it gives me an error page with

    “access denied. Access to the requested object is not possible. Either it can not be read by the server or it is protected from access. error number 403.”

    When i want to preview new written postings which i have published this error shows up too.
    Interesting is when i write a posting and dont publish it, i can preview it.

    All published posting are not accessable in the browser and the not published ones can be accessed.

    What can be the problem? and how do i fix it?
