Sounds like you need to enable permalinks. There should be an error message in your WordPress admin with a link to permalinks settings. There is also a post about this in the FAQ: https://woopos.com.au/faq/getting-404-error-page-found/

It looks like you have a folder in your root directory call ‘pos’, you should remove this.
