View Policy and Popup don’t display

I also have this same problem. No way to display the popup nor the “insurance terms” link in the checkout page.

Unfortunately not yet and no answers from the developer..

We have the IT team looking into this. For some reason they did not receive any communication notices and I apologize on their behalf.

Please see our IT’s reply on this question. They created a screencast of how to display it. Also, some themes may turn the text white and render it invisible. I have asked if there is a way to allow the store owner to be able to select the text color.

Our was already set up that way, already has a message, and doesn’t display any link next to the text in the cart that says ” Shipping Insurance”.

It’s not there in white text, as we can highlight the text on the page and nothing shows up.

The text that we have in the settings is: “Shipping insurance will cover parcels that are lost, stolen, and/or damaged in transit. Should you not insure your shipment, if it is lost, stolen or damaged in transit, you will not be reimbursed by the shipping company.”
