View PDF button redirects to Posts pages

  • I just updated everything including WordPress, Gravity Forms and GravityPDF. Already running the required PHP through host GoDaddy but all my previous and new form entries redirect to Posts page when clicking the View PDFs button under entries. Confirmation pages are also doing the same even when using entry-ID in the shortcodes. Any help will be appreciated as I consider my self to be a rookie at these things.

    Could you provide a sample of the PDF url that is being shown when you click the “View PDF” link?

    Could you also let me know the permalink settings your site is using?

    Finally, what version of Gravity PDF did you upgrade from? And what version of PHP are you running?
