View orders outside of wp-admin

I am the webmaster of a site I created for my sister. As of now only way I can figure out to see order detail, change order details and such is through the wp-admin panel dashboard.

Is there anything developed, in development, or documentation of how to develop such a front end that my sister can log into to manage her stores orders?
