My website has the post name permalink, but for some reason, when customers try to check their past orders, the ‘view order’ button redirects to something thats ends like: /view-order/3275/?page_id=10 (the account page has the id 10), instead of /my-account/view-order/3275/ (which is a link that works correctly). Why is this happening, and how can I change it to link to the correct url?

That’s strange! First and foremost, WooCommerce recommends using at least PHP 7.4 or higher now. This is because PHP versions less than 7.3 are at the end of life and are no longer maintained.

Using a PHP version less than 7.3 may endanger your site to security vulnerabilities. You can check our server recommendations here:

https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/server-requirements/

So please, update your PHP version. ??

Secondly, it sounds like this issue could be caused by a conflict with your theme or with another plugin.
?
The best way to determine this is to:
- Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront
- Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce
- Repeat the action that is causing the problem
If you’re not seeing the same problem after completing the conflict test, then you know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated. To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each until you find the one causing conflict. You can find a more detailed explanation on how to do a conflict test here.
