View or download file in public view

Hello, I would like to return the functionality that the file attached to the public ticket can be seen publicly with the url ticket. Is there any chance that it will return without needing to be logged in?

I get a message like this when trying to view the file: {“success”:false,”data”:”Unauthorized!”}
