“view only” audio instead of download

  • This plugin sounds promising though I haven’t tested it personally. One of the project I am working on demands:

    Step 1: that I upload an audio file within my wordpress site
    Step 2: Receive payment from PayPal for purchasing this audio file
    Step 3: Share the link (via email) to the user as a private link with an expiration period (expiry after 24 hours from the time the link was clicked)

    NOTE: The difference in my use case is such that instead of “allowing users to download”, we would want to “allow user to stream” or in other words, allow users with “view only” permission. Hope this makes sense.

    Unfortunately our plugin does not cater for what you are trying to achieve.
