View only assigned tasks

    Hi Dylan, again with a question, is there a way that users and some of my clients cannot see tasks from other projects?

    I assign my collaborators or clients as front end or user, and they only see the projects where I include them, that’s fine, but, I realized that they can see tasks from other projects, we can make them only see the tasks of the project where is it so?

    Hi Leonardo,

    Thanks for the question.

    Yes this is possible, and can be done using the permission settings under Zephyr > Settings > General Settings. Under the ‘Permissions’ setting you can set the permissions for each role.
    To allow users to only see their own tasks and tasks assigned to their projects, please make sure to remove the ‘View Tasks’ permission and replace it with the ‘View Assigned Tasks’ permission.

    This will then only show them their own tasks.
