    Hi there! we synced two Products using your plugin and we can see them when we go to our Facebook Shop in the Facebook iPhone app.

    However, when you click on the product and try to click on the blue button that says “View on Website” nothing happens. It’s supposed to open a link to the product on our website so customers can purchase via the website.

    The two products we are referring to are “Baby Gym Bar Cream” and “Baby Gym Bar Aqua”

    When we originally set this up it was working correctly but it seems to have stopped now.

    Could you share a link to your Facebook shop, so I can take a closer look?

    Also, have you tried checking this behavior on a web browser or a different device to see if the issue persists? This could help determine whether it’s device-specific or something related to the setup.

    thanks for getting back to me ?? I was told Facebook shops don’t work in browsers only in the app which I think it’s true as I can’t see the shop at all in a browser

    I can’t access your Facebook page to test it on my end, probably due to regional access. Is it possible to disable the region restriction for a while?

    Hi Shameem

    The Shop doesnt load in a browser you need to open the Facebook App on your phone and type in the search bar “Baby Gym Bars Pty Ltd”. Scroll down to the submenu Posts, About, Photos, More

    Click the More dropdown and you will see Video, Events, Shop, Mentions

    Click on Shop and you will see 4 products. The two product links that aren’t working are the Cream and Blue that say “Available Order Now” on the image. If you click on one of them and then you will see the blue “View on website” button. When you click that button nothing happens.

    It should open the product link on the Australian website

    Here is a loom video but it doesnt quite show where i am clicking, the last of the video you will see when i get to the products and try to click on the blue button it just flickers, ie doesnt open the link

    Just a quick thought: since the issue is occurring on the Facebook app, have you had a chance to reach out to Facebook support? They would be in a great position to assist you since it’s their app!

    Please let me know what Facebook has to say about this.
