    I was about to reply that you please contact us at https://www.wplab.com/request-support/ and provide login details to your site – but you have already done so, and John pointed out that there are no listings at all in WP-Lister on your site.

    In order to show the “View on eBay” button, WP-Lister needs to “know” the item on eBay and it’s url. If the product doesn’t exist in WP-Lister (eBay -> Listings) it can not possible show a “View on eBay” button.
