  • @eddiebouncer, happy to help but I need more info.

    What version of WP are you using?
    What theme are you using?
    What version of WP Customer Reviews are you using?
    Is this a new install of the plugin?
    If not, did anything change just before this issue happened? New plugins, theme change, etc.?
    Can you provide a link that will help us help you?

    Here are some basic troubleshooting steps you can try first:
    1. Deactivate and reactivate WP Customer Reviews, then see if the problem still exists
    2. Deactivate all other plugins, then see if the problem still exists
    3. Change to a standard theme, like 2015, and see if the problem still exists.

    The goal is with these steps is to narrow down the issue and find out if it’s a plugin or theme conflict.

    Report back with more info and we’ll see what we can do.

    Thanks for the heads up,

    The site is currently in devmode. For now i’ve set reviews to show in full, so there’s no ‘view more’ needed.

    I’ll get back on it once it’s live, cuz i’d still like to know why it didn’t work.
    To answer your Q’s, i’m using:
    * WP 4.5.1
    * MX theme
    * latest customer reviews install, where i:
    – changed language messages in the subfiles.
    – added some css to style it.

    Submit a ticket to our official bug tracker. Link is on the plugin settings page. You can put your URL in there so we can testablish it out. Make sure it is broken so I can debug. Sometimes I don’t look at them right away, so you can set up a private page to use for debugging. Thanks.
