View mode badge is not working

    Hi there,

    In my site, the view mode badge is not working, it shows a JS error:
    Message: Failed to execute ‘appendChild’ on ‘Node’: parameter 1 is not of type ‘Node’
    Location: wpac.appendChild(form); at /widget-google-reviews/includes/class-view.php line 139

    I find out that replace the code at line 189 with the old snippet will fix the issue:

    Also, it would be great if you can add an option for the widget layout Badge.
