View form data in 'Page' in WordPress Database

Hi,

I converted a html page containing a user registration form into “Page Template” in WordPress and created a page with this custom page template. Now need help in following:

1- when user fills in the user registration form from frontend from thus published page, I am not able to see the data in the wordpress db. How to view this information in the database?

2- How to integrate it the look and feel of the wordpress theme I am using? Currently it is taking the look and feel of the original html file it was created from.
