View email content is a blank window

    Hi,
    When I click on the ‘view content’ link I get a blank window. I have looked at other similar posts but I don’t have anything in the .htaccess which could be causing this. The website is running on php 7.0, but I have tried changing this to 5.6. any ideas what I can try? (Plugin version 2.2.5)

    Please check if there are any JavaScript errors in the view logs page.

    If you find any JavaScript errors, then post a screenshot. That will help us to troubleshoot the issue.

    We just released v2.3.0 of the plugin with lot of changes to the way the email logs are previewed.

    Please update to the latest version, try it out and let us know if you are still facing this issue.
