View Duration Not Displayed

    Hello, I have just started using this plugin, every thing was fine apart from the “view duartion” for users who leave without opening another page/ visit only one page ie

    View duration is shown if a visitor visits more than one page

    View duartion is not shown if a visitor visits only one page

    I tested it my self using my phone and laptop.

    What is causing such???

    We have an article explaining how the view duration is calculated here: https://independentwp.com/knowledgebase/data/what-is-view-duration/

    In order to get the duration, we get the difference between the time of the page view and the next page view. This is also how Google’s Universal Analytics worked.

    In a future update, we will be implementing a new system that gets notified when a user leaves the site, and that will allow us to include view durations for single-page sessions as well.
