Did you figure out what was going on here? I assume it’s probably a pemralinks issue which can be resolved by flushing permalinks: https://lifterlms.com/docs/how-to-flush-wordpress-rewrite-rules-or-permalinks/

If it isn’t please provide me with some additonal info and your system report so i can go about reproducing and finding a solution
