Hi all, I would like to customize the view counter text across languages using polylang, and was wondering if it’s possible to do this. To explain further, Independent analytics lets you customize the text that displays before the number of views. So I want that text to be different for two languages using Polylang. Thanks for replies in advance.

    Hi Salih,

This isn’t possible right now, but it looks like Polylang has a way we can integrate with their plugin to allow multiple translations. I can have this integration added in an upcoming update.

    Hi Salih,

This is coming in version 1.19, which will be out early next week.

To use multiple translations, leave the label text as the default “Views:” like this: https://d.pr/i/IXB2gP

Then you can translate the text into each language on your site from the Translations menu, like this: https://d.pr/i/e4epNi

Version 1.19 is out now if you’d like to try the steps above.
