“View Content” Event stopped working

Some caching plugins have some optimization settings that cause a conflict with the pixel tracking code that will result in the event not being triggered. This can be tested with the pixel helper Chrome extension and seeing that the ViewContent (as an example) is not triggered on the view product page.

The fix is to disable grouping of JS.

Thank you for your reply.

Before writing the ticket, I’ve already deactivated all Caching from my server, turned off completely all optimizations and deactivated completely WP Rocket and ALL plugins but WOO and FB for Woocommerce.

No luck.

it happens to more of my websites, the event is gone.

Looping back to the original inquiry:

When both plugin and manual pixel is installed none of the events works.

Do you have any solution ?

It appears that duplicate functionality is enabled, when the Facebook Pixel is also installed manually. Per the Facebook for WooCommerce plugin’s documentation, Facebook Pixel is installed using with the plugin.

I suggest testing with removing the manually added code, at one of the websites this issue has appeared, clear server and browser-side caches, and see if the issue persists.
