View Content & ATC events not working

    Hey AdEspresso,

    We have recently updated our site using the Flatsome theme integrated with WordPress. Since the update from the plugin, it seems like it does not recognize the whole shop section of our store.

    This means it does not fire any VIEWCONTENT & ADD TO CART events.

    However, it DOES fire INITIATE CHECKOUT & PURCHASE events.

    Any chance you would be able to help me with this? Would mean a lot.

    Hi @camiel97 ,

    sorry for the large delay on my response, I’m here now to understand what happened.

    Make sure you have the events enabled in “General Settings” of the plugin and furthermore check the events with the Pixel Helper.
    Then, could you please share the website URL? So I can check in your pages, because I’m not able to replicate the issue.
