Hey, the pixel tracking isn’t counting view content events or add to cart, I followed the doucuments and guidenes saying I should disable chache plugin Javascript but I still have this issue and I would like to get help please

From what I gather, view content or add to cart events are not tracked with the pixel at your site. Moreover, you went ahead with trying the recommendations here. Correct?

Thanks, I changed the template and saw that the events are normal with a normal template, but what can be done if I want to use my current template?
