View, Change and Apply Filters

    Please excuse my ignorance but I don’t know where I can view, change and apply filters in wp-crm-system. I am trying to get task notification emails to send and need to check default settings for task notifications as emails are not being sent on task start date. Sending an email via the Email option on the menu works.

    I would appreciate your advice.

    The tasks, have an option to receive notifications whenever a task is updated.

    Thank you for your reply and advice. 

    I have also found that in the Dashboard/Email settings, you have to tick the Send the Email Notifications box. I have set this and emails are being sent now. The format of the email body in the email sent by the task is, however, very basic i.e. it is one sentence with no line breaks and the example fields in the placeholder are not interpreted. Is there any documentation on setting up emails? I have pasted the email received from the task below as an example:

    Review reasonably foreseeable risks to personal information and monitor them The title of this task. https://popisolutions.co.za/wp-admin/post.php?post=3794&action=edit The link to this task. Review reasonably foreseeable risks to personal information and monitor them The title of this task linked to the task. (Will only work with HTML emails enabled). Service Desk Admin The name of the individual this task is assigned to. IACT-Africa The name of the organization this task is associated with. John Cato The name of the contact this task is associated with. January 24, 2025 The due date of this task. December 23, 2024 The start date of this task. zero% The percent completion progress of this task. High The priority level of this task. Not Started The status of this task (complete, in-progress, etc.)

    I would appreciate your advice on setting up task emails.
