    Hi,

I’m using Elementor Pro with Hello Elementor theme.

I’d like to disable the Woocommerce add to cart pop up and just use the cart icon in the top right of the screen.

I have tried adding the following code using the code snippets plugin:

    add_filter( 'wc_add_to_cart_message_html', '__return_null' );

This does not remove the pop up.

Is there another way to achieve this?

    Thanks in advance.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • Hi @tomster100,

This pop-up is called a thick box in WordPress. It can be ouccring due to theme or due to pop-up.

If it is coming from elementor you can disable it using this link
    https://elementor.com/help/lightbox/

If it is coming from theme then you can contact your theme support.

    Hope this will help

    Thank you

    Thanks.

So just to clarify it’s this pop up that I am talking about:

I presumed that it was Woocommerce feature – can you confirm that this is not the case?

    Many thanks.

    Hi @tomster100,

This is coming from your theme woocommerce doesn’t provide this feature. This is usually caused by plugins or themes.

You contact your theme support for more support.

    Thank you

    Hi @tomster100,

I looked at your staging site but the “view cart” pop-up didn’t appear on the page. As already mentioned by @zworthkey12vaibhav that doesn’t seem to come from WooCommerce but from your theme. You probably have already deactivated that feature, if not, kindly reach out to your theme authors.

I’ll mark this topic as solved for now. Please feel free to open a new topic if you have any other questions.

    Have a good one!
