• Hello WC-community,

in the woo-commerce single product page, after adding an item to the cart the “view cart”-button appears. If clicked to leads to an empty error page apparently losing all the session-data.
This happens in the normal storefront-theme and 2020, 2017 with only woo-commerce active, no firewall-plugin, no-cache plugin.

Accessing the cart via a normal menu-link works fine, so does the mini-cart module in the module. I tried to reset the cart page in the woo-commerce settings but it didn’t solve anything.

Is this a known bug and could someone please help with this problem? Thanks in advance!
    Kind regards, Thomas

    Hi again!

As I mentioned in the other topic, troubleshooting a site without being able to see it is tricky. The best I can do at the moment is take a guess, so feel free to add more information!

Can you have a look to see whether you have any must use plugins active? Is particular, ones that offer caching. You can also ask your hosting company if caching is applied.

If these recommendations do not help, can you please open the website up for viewers so we can take a closer look at what’s happening?

Hello again, as mentionned in the other topic and reply, the errors persist with no other plugin than woo commerce installed… No firewall, no cache-plugin.
Still just can’t seems to access the cart from the product page, while links mini-cart module or from the normal WP menu work correctly.

I will now open the site to public so you can have a look…
