"View and Print Membership Card" not working?

  • Are you trying to view the membership card page from an admin account? If so make sure it’s got a PMPro membership level assigned to it.

    I am registered one test account and then tried from that user’s membership account page.

    I know these are very basic questions but:

    1. Is the add-on installed and activated?
    2. Did you enter the membership card shortcode into the membership card page?

    yes and yes to both questions above.

    I looked through the code which searches for the page with ‘membership car’ short code and don’t see anything wrong. Not sure what is going on.

    For now I am going to modify the membership-card.php to return the page which has short code. I wanted to avoid this because this gets overwritten by updates but i guess there won’t be any update for card add-on anytime soon.
