View and hide comments – index page

  • If I put this script in my “index.php” page:
    <?php $withcomments = 1; ?>
    I can see all my comments…

    But I have some doubts…
    FIRST doubt:
    – At the same time I want to have the choice to hide or view this comments in the index page.

    SECOND doubt:
    – Only the last 4 comments in every post can be see in the index page.

    If someone can help me I will be very happy, thanks.
