View and edit only custom fields

hello! I have a problem. I want to manage custom post using only custom fields. I use PODS plugin. I don’t want the default area of editing of the post before the compilation of the form i realize with custom fields. In other word i need to manage and to view only custom fields. Do you think is it possible. I don’t find documentation.
