plugins/the-events-calendar/src/views/widgets/list-widget.php

You can move it to your theme to edit following our themer’s guide:

https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/themers-guide/

It actually looks like this: View All %s

As we filter the word Events so it can be changed throughout the site.
