Videos Won't Play

    I simply cannot figure out why my videos won’t play. I only have two galleries. Each one has a single video. Not that it matters because I am having the same problem with the sample included with the plugin. I am using the multi-site version. OK… So, everything looks good until I click to view the video. (I am using thumbnails btw.) The lightbox comes up but the icon in the middle just spins and no video or image of any kind ever displays. Please advise… Thanks.

    Dear users if you use more than one Video Gallery on a page, then they will not work properly, because it is not allowed.
    But luckily we recently made updates on that issue, so if you are pro user, contact us by [email protected] and ask for new update file, if you are free user just update your version

    Thank you for the response.

    At the moment I’m a free user. – My is situations is though that my website is a one page that contains all the content. Im not using more than one video gallery on one page per say but I am using your portfolio gallery on the same page as the video gallery which seems cause the problem.

    At this point I dont see any updates but will both your portfolio gallery and video gallery work on the same page with the update or if I decide to buy pro version?

    I am a Pro user and am awaiting the update. However, if I remove one of the galleries on the page, the other one still doesn’t play. It all seems fine until the actual video load.
