Videos will not open in present window

I also want to say, I don’t understand why so many people on this earth create and/or sell something, and have no idea what customer service is….

And, they can almost NEVER be reached…..And by phone, that’s the biggest joke of all…..

What is so difficult about helping someone or explaining something to someone over the phone? And if there’s a language barrier, get busy with emailing, and don’t wait 7-10 days PER RESPONSE…..

I GUESS I’M PRETTY PISSED I CAN’T GET SOMEONE TO HELP!!!

When clicked on, the videos open up in their window, but the video is a white box and not there…..So, it looks like it’s finally working to get to the screen with the video, but it seems the video is not loading….

Once again, everything is set up fine, and when I click on a video thumbnail, the window pops up, and only a white box appears where the video is supposed to be…..The video is not loading…..

Every now and then, I see a little red ring circling, like the video is trying to load, but nothing…..

I know how you feel! I have the same issue right now.

I have been reading several posts on here and I saw that several of them are the same issue you and I are experiencing just written different.

One of the posts from the author of the plugin says to speak to the supporter which I believe means your host. ?? I am waiting to see if my host provider can adjust what he said needs to be adjusted. He said the “allow_url_fopen” is being blocked by the server. So we’ll see. I am waiting for a response from them now.

I found out the server was indeed causing the conflict. They corrected it and the page looks fine now. Yay!!! ??

My host provider told me the problem really stems from an incompatibility with PHP version 5.6 on the server.

The plugin used to work well with PHP versions below 5.3. So if you are still trying to solve this issue….try a different plugin! I switched to Video Gallery by Huge It and it works great for the free version. It has some nice options under the purchase version.
