I have been using this Plugin to embed with shortcodes/widget videos from a Course.

Now after visiting my website after a couple months i see that all the videos are not showing up, all i see is a black box. But when i go to edit them into Gutenberg i see all the videos.

    What can be causing this?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • Hello there,

Thank you for choosing Presto and for reaching out to us!

As checked, it is working on my end. Here is the screencast: https://d.pr/v/ZPkWpQ

    Kindly check and verify.

    what about here? https://rentalacademybnb.it/courses/corso-airbnb/
I still can’t see them lol, maybe it’s my pc/connection

    Hello there,

    Thank you for your update.

As checked, yes no video found – https://d.pr/v/k0IA9E however it seems something to do with third party plugin.

Try to deactivate all the plugins temporarily and see if that solves the error. If it does then activate plugins one by one to see which plugin is causing the problem.

Hope that helps. Please let us know how it goes.

Yeah, this same thing is happening to me. The source seems to be Vimeo videos. My YouTube source videos show and play fine. Vimeo won’t.

@brianwoodlief Could you kindly share the URL of the page where you’re experiencing the issue? This will help us to investigate further from our end.

    Thank you

I had to resort to the standard Elementor video widget to get this Vimeo video to appear on the site. I went ahead and created this test page that contains both a shortcode widget pulling in the Presto player as well as the Presto widget BOTH pulling in the same video, but as you see nothing displays..

Thank you for providing the URL. I can see that the videos are not loading and instead showing a black screen. I’m sorry about the inconvenience caused, However, I’m unable to replicate the issue on my website. Here’s a screencast: https://bsf.d.pr/v/tt7pP2

Sometimes, conflicts between plugins can cause unexpected behaviour. Could you please temporarily deactivate all your plugins except Presto Player and see if the video loads correctly?

Let me know how it goes.
