    Hello,

    Does anyone know how to remove the grey borders that are positioned under and on the top of uploaded media video files?

    I am uploading a picture to show what i mean.

  • Do you mean normalizing the size of the video to a standard size, often called “letterbox”?
    Is that the front end of your site or the back end?
    If it’s the front end, you should ask in your theme’s support forum.
