Videos on my website, how?

    Hello everyone.

    I have a forum, and i want that people can upload videos to the site easy. Not via youtube, but they record a video and they upload it (The file format, mov, m4v and mp4 is the most important) Just like on facebook, where you can upload videos.
    I know it cost money, but its okay.
    Have any an idea how to do this?
